How to Fix Cannot Log In to Slack

2. Check Your Account Details. 

If you cannot log in to Slack, you should check the account credentials you’re providing and ensure that they are correct. It is common for users to get confused or forget their login details for an account, mainly if it stays logged in on their devices. 

Before logging in, double-check your email address and password. You can also reset your password if you can’t recall your Slack account’s password anymore. 

3. Restart Your Device.
