Finally, for iOS devices that still houses the Home button, just tap it twice to open the app switcher. Now, find Snapchat, and flick it upwards to stop it from running.

After closing the app, go to your home screen, and relaunch it. Try sending another message to one of your friends to see if the problem is resolved. 

 

 

3. Turn Off VPN.

If you are using VPN services to provide security on your network, try disabling it. While VPNs work great for security reasons, it can also interfere with the flow of your network.
