Follow the steps below to ensure that you’re connected to the correct server for your location: 

1. First, launch Apex Legends on your computer. 
2. Next, press the TAB key on your keyboard once you’re in the main menu. 
3. Lastly, select the best server for your location. Ideally, you should choose the server with the lowest Ping and Packet Loss. 

Try joining a lobby afterward and see if the game will successfully load. 

7. Reinstall Apex Legends. 

If you still run into the infinite loading screen on Apex Legends, we suggest reinstalling the game on your computer. Some of its installation files may have gotten corrupted, or the game is not installed correctly on your system. 

Here’s what you need to do to delete Apex Legends on your system: 

1. Access the Control Panel on your computer.
