How to Fix Playstation Network Not Loading

2. Restart Your Playstation.

4. Set your IP Address to Automatic and click on Do Not Specify for your DHCP Host Name.

• Primary DNS - 8.8.8.8
• Secondary DNS - 8.8.4.4

6. Lastly, set your MTU Settings value to 1456 and click Do Not Use for the Proxy Server. 

After changing your DNS, go back to Playstation Network to see if it’s now working. 

7. Rebuild Your Database. 

Playstation consoles have a database that contains all the information about the content of its hard drive. This includes game files, installation packages, and system files. However, this database can get messed up after a while and affect the performance of your Playstation.
