1. Check Telegram Servers.

If there are ongoing problems with the servers, the best thing you can do is wait. Unfortunately, server-related problems can’t be resolved on your end. 

On the other hand, you can head to the next method below if Telegram’s servers are working. 

2. Restart Your Device. 

Before changing your configurations, we suggest restarting your device if you can’t see any stickers on Telegram. This should reload your resources and eliminate temporary errors that could be causing the issue. 

For Android users, here’s how you can restart your mobile device: 

  1. Find the Power button on your Android device. 
  2. After that, hold it down until the selection menu shows up. 
  3. Lastly, tap on Restart to reboot your system.

On iOS, see the steps below to restart it: 

  1. Access the Assistive Touch on your display. 
  2. Next, go to the Device tab and tap on More
  3. Finally, tap on Restart

Go back to Telegram after restarting your device to check if the problem is solved. 

3. Check Your Network Connection. 

A slow or unstable network could also be why stickers are not showing on Telegram. While Telegram doesn’t demand a lot of bandwidth, it still needs a stable connection to send and receive messages. 

To confirm if the problem is caused by your network, perform a speed test using to measure its current bandwidth.

If the result indicates a problem with your network, restart your modem or router to refresh the connection with your ISP’s servers. Unplug your router from the outlet and wait for 5 to 10 seconds before reconnecting it.

Once done, re-run the test to check if the problem is solved. If not, call the attention of your ISP and let them handle the situation. 

4. Update Telegram. 

The version of Telegram you’re using might have an underlying issue related to stickers. To confirm this, we suggest updating Telegram on your device to ensure that there are no bugs and glitches on the platform. 

Simply head to the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device and install the latest version of Telegram. 

You can also take this time to update other apps on your device as well. 

5. Add Stickers. 

One of the main reasons why stickers are not showing on Telegram is if you haven’t added them yet on your device. If you switch to a new device, you’ll have to redownload your stickers before you can use them. 

Here’s what you need to do: 

  1. First, go to Telegram and access the search function. 
  2. After that, look for ‘Stickers’ and tap on it. 
  3. Now, tap on the Sticker icon in the message box. 
  4. Tap any sticker under the Trending tab to access the list of stickers available on Telegram
  5. Lastly, choose the sticker you want and tap on Add

6. Clear Telegram Cache (Android). 

If you are using an Android device, you might want to clear Telegram’s cache if stickers are not showing on the app. This should eliminate corrupted data from your storage and ensure that Telegram is working correctly. 

Follow the guide below to clear Telegram’s cache: 

  1. On your device, access the app drawer and locate Telegram
  2. Now, hold down its app icon until the selection menu shows up. 
  3. Tap on App Info afterward and go to the Storage & Cache tab. 
  4. Finally, tap on Clear Cache

Go back to Telegram afterward and see if stickers are showing up. 

7. Reinstall Telegram. 

If none of the solutions above worked, the last thing you can do is reinstall the app altogether. This way, you can ensure that you have the latest working version of Telegram and there are no missing packages on your system. 

Here’s how you can remove Telegram: 

  1. First, go to the home screen and locate Telegram
  2. Hold down its app icon until the selection menu shows up. 
  3. Lastly, tap on Remove App (iOS) or Uninstall (Android) to delete Telegram
