How to Fix Telegram Web App Not Working

2. Restart Your Computer. 

Your system may have run into a temporary bug or glitch that caused your browser and Telegram to malfunction. To rule this out, try restarting your system to reload its resources and eliminate errors. 

For Windows users, check out the steps below to restart it: 

  1. On your keyboard, press the Windows key to open the Start Menu
  2. Next, access the Power Options tab. 
  3. Finally, choose Restart to reboot your system.

  1. Access the Apple Menu by clicking the Apple icon in the upper left corner of your display. 
  2. Now, choose the Restart option from the pop-up menu. 
  3. Lastly, click Restart again to confirm your action.

3. Check Your Network Connection. 

If Telegram’s web app is not loading at all, it might indicate an issue with your network connection. To confirm this, perform a test using to measure your network’s upload and download bandwidth.

If the test shows that your connection is the problem, restart your modem or router to re-establish the link between your ISP’s servers and your device. 

Unplug your device from the outlet and wait for 5 to 10 seconds before reconnecting it.

5. Try the Mobile App.
